This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Treehouse Dispensary and Smoke Shop ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use our Services.

 

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.

 

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Services.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their functionality.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company. You acknowledge and agree that you acquire no ownership rights by using the Services.

 

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

• Any activity that occurs under your account.

 

5. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the Services or this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or app, and continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement or engage in unlawful activities.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services and disclaim any liability for errors or interruptions.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Treehouse Dispensary and Smoke Shop operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

 

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
